Cecilia Chiang, 88, optimistic and energetic, will discuss her landmark restaurant (1958-1991) in San Francisco where she introduced Americans to true regional Chinese cuisine, some of the 70 recipes in her autobiographic book and her life stories full of surprises and adventures.
