HOW TO:  Select Content for my Calendar
There are 3 ways to setup your calendar content and they are kept very easy for you.
The Calendar-Tools are all located on gonnahappen.com in the "TOOLS" tab.

Option#1:
Select ALL EVENTS and your Calendar will have every event from our area in it..

Option#2:
Select CATEGORIES and your Calendar will have only events from those categories.

Option #3:
Select MY EVENTS and your Calendar will contain only the events that you add to gonnahappen.com from your free account.  This is a popular use of this tool.

HOW TO:  Add a Calendar to my website
Once you have built the design and content of your Calendar (above), just select the code for your website and copy it into your favorite web page html. This is a really common thing to do so if you have any trouble ask your favorite website manager.

HOW TO:  Enter my Events (Add Events)
It is necessary to login to your free account to add your events to gonnahappen.com. Once logged-in, click the Add Events button on the homepage or in the events areas.

This will take you to the Add Events Free form where you can enter all of your event information including time, date, contact information etc.  THIS IS FREE! However if you are serious about getting your event noticed more you will want to take advantage of the very inexpensive extra services. 

These upgrades are cheap and will make your events stand out and ensure you get more visitors to your event detail page.  Also, if you buy all the features than your event gets rotated through the event spotlight on the homepage as well.

You cannot go back later and add these features so do it while you are there.

HOW TO:  Manage my events
Just click on the "My Stuff" tab and login to your free account.  Here you can manage and edit your reminders and your events.

HOW TO:  Add a Reminder
This is my personal favorite feature.  If the event manager has added this feature to their listing than you will find this service in the event detail page. Look for the section with the happy alarm clock:

Then enter your email address, area code and how many days in advance you would like your reminder.  It's that easy!  You will now receive a reminder to that event in the timeframe you requested.  This is an automated feature, set as many as you like.

HOW TO:  Manage my Reminders
Just click on the "My Stuff" tab and login to your free account.  Here you can manage and edit your reminders and your events.

HOW TO:  Change my Calendar Preferences
Whenever you want to change the content or look of your calendar just start over in "Select Content for my Calendar", then copy the newly generated code into your site.

HOW TO:  Get a Re-branded, Customized Calendar
The Free Calendars are not our only options! Contact us at adminx@gonnahappen.com to get a full custom calendar built for you. Most any design and options available.  Custom Calendars range from $295 - $2295 depending on your application. Custom calendars fully blend in with your site and allow for event management outside of the gonnahappen.com environment.  These can be completely re-branded as "Your Calendar".
