“HEY JULIE” – Z QUARANTINE COVER (FOUNTAINS OF WAYNE)

What were you listening to when you were a senior in high school? Those are the songs that really shape us. For Z it was the rock-pop classic “Welcome Interstate Managers” by Fountains Of Wayne. We lost amazing songwriter and co-founder Adam Schlesinger to Covid-19 this week and Z wanted to pay homage with one of his favorites live from quarantine.

Give that album a listen – it’s so much more than “Stacey’s Mom” – and Adam also wrote for Broadway and helped create Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Our thoughts go out to his family. We hope his music lives on. Stay safe everybody. #RIP
