Candlelight Meditation, Cacao Ceremony, New Year Intention setting

We will begin with a cacao ceremony to open up into our heart space and the wisdom within. Then we will have some time to pull oracle cards and do some writing prompts; setting intentions for the new year ahead. We will light our candles and meditate upon the flame immbuening our candles with our new year intentions. We will sit for about 30-45mins with some soft ambient meditation music playing in the background. We will then have some time for open sharing if desired.
*dress in relaxed/comfy clothes; bring a sweater/sweatshirt if you tend to get cold, just in case.
*if you have a preferred meditation cushion or something to sit upon please bring it with you. I have yoga blankets and blocks if desired or needed..
*I will provide papers and pens to write with however if you prefer a journal of your own feel free to bring that with you.
**Take home your New Year Intention Reiki crystal candle with you.
