Reno Riverfest’s Whitewater Events

May 12 -13, 2018 will mark the 15th annual Reno River Festival. The Reno River Festival is one of Northern Nevada’s iconic and premier outdoor events. Free to the public, it is held in the heart of downtown Reno on the Truckee River’s Whitewater Park at Wingfield. The Festival, originally conceived as an outdoor adventure showcase, has evolved into the ultimate outdoor festival. The Reno River Festival is a weekend of outdoor adventure featuring live music, the Reno River Roll, the Craft Beer Village, the Summer Wine Village, the Reno-Tahoe Adventure Park, great food, 100+ expo booths, a nationally recognized kayaking competition, and most importantly, rapids of fun on the shores of the Truckee River.
